My love for Raki
Allthough many people may think I’m an alcoholic due to the amount of liquor that passes through my veins, I only blame it on my Turkish dna. Therefor it is no wonder that the Turkish national drink is also my favorite. But the weird thing is that I can only drink Raki in Turkey. In any other country of the world it just doesn’t have the same taste as it should have.
I think it may have to dio with the feeling of coming home. Coming home in a country where alcoholics rule and are not afraid to stand out.
